Redemption
Members may redeem the quarterly special one time per quarter with a qualifying treatment appointment.
Eligibility

No Rollovers
Unused quarterly specials do not roll over or carry into future quarters.
Non-Transferable
Quarterly specials are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
